Cookie Policy
Last updated: June 3, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, how we use them on the ShortcutDock website, and how you can manage them.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device to store data that can be recalled by a web server. They allow websites to remember your settings, keep you logged in, and collect statistical information about page performance.
2. How We Use Cookies
We believe in clean, privacy-respecting web design. As a result, our cookie usage is extremely minimal:
- Essential Cookies: We use essential cookies only to support security measures (such as CSRF protection during contact form submissions). These cannot be disabled.
- No Tracking/Marketing Cookies: We do not load Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or other ad network trackers. We use zero tracking or advertising cookies.
3. Desktop Application Security
The ShortcutDock desktop application running on macOS does not use cookies, local storage tracking, tracking pixels, or any web cookies whatsoever. The app functions entirely locally.
4. How to Control Cookies
You can block or delete cookies directly through your web browser's settings.
5. Contact Us
If you have questions about our use of cookies, please contact us.
