1. Bypassing macOS Gatekeeper ("App is damaged or cannot be opened")
ShortcutDock is a self-signed, independent application. If macOS prevents you from launching it, open your Mac's Applications folder, right-click (or Control-click) the ShortcutDock app, select Open from the menu, and then click Open in the system prompt. This establishes a permanent Gatekeeper exception.
2. How to launch ShortcutDock automatically on Startup
To launch ShortcutDock automatically when you boot your Mac, open your Mac's System Settings > General > Login Items. Click the + button under "Open at Login" and select ShortcutDock from your Applications directory.
3. Customizing the Global Launch Shortcut
By default, ShortcutDock is set to launch from the menu bar or using a keyboard shortcut. To change the shortcut, click the gear icon inside the ShortcutDock panel, head to the Shortcuts tab, click the hotkey input box, and press the new key combination you wish to use.
